As we move through the years, maintaining strength, balance, and core stability becomes one of the greatest gifts we can offer ourselves. Strong muscles protect our joints, support better posture, improve mobility, and help us continue to live with confidence, steadiness, and ease.


At our studio, we honor the truth that wellbeing is more than physical fitness — it is body, mind, and spirit in conversation with one another.


Wendy and Laura gently guide our yoga offerings, supporting flexibility, breath awareness, nervous system regulation, and a compassionate return to presence. Kim provides weekly Yoga Nidra sessions and Catherine’s monthly Sound Baths invite deep relaxation and energetic renewal — a reminder that we are spiritual beings having a human experience, continually tending to our inner life as much as our outer strength.


Completing this holistic circle of care, Shannon brings the vital element of strength training — helping us build resilience and stability as we age.


Private Personalized Pilates Reformer Training with Shannon

Shannon offers private, highly personalized Pilates Reformer sessions designed to meet you exactly where you are.


Her Reformer work supports:
