At Home, I believe your yoga practice is just that, yours... one that is deeply personal. It is my hope and mission to assist you in feeling truly "at home" in your body. I encourage a slow and mindful breath-centered practice that allows you to listen to the internal teacher, the small voice within, as you practice yoga. I offer an environment that allows you to move at your own pace, and feel empowered to make your own choices each class accordingly...to dive in deeper or simply rest and relax.
Classes are offered on the mat and on the chair. Variations and adaptations are offered to accommodate your individual needs.
