Wendy Dulin

I opened  this Home in 2018. Home has evolved from privately held classes in my own home for over ten years to Home Yoga in the Devon Section of Milford, my hometown.

I completed my 200YTT in Embodyoga in 2007 under the direction of Patty Townsend in Amherst, MA., Chair Yoga certification through Lakshmi Voelker, my Kripalu 300YTT in 2019 and am a member of the Kripalu Yoga and Ayurveda Association. I am inspired by the teachings of all my Kripalu teachers throughout the years as well as Jason Crandall, Rod Stryker, Adyashanti, and Tara Brach. I learn the most through the fellow students I meet on the mat and practice with each day.

My teaching career began in a New Haven middle school classroom, then in a pool teaching water exercise and finally I landed on a yoga mat! Now in my late-fifties, I'm ready for my last teaching gig in a new space! What began as a purely physical practice has widened to a deeper spiritual and interconnectedness in life.  A teacher at heart, I have found my true passion on the mat and even on the chair - helping others find the benefits and profound peace of a yoga practice - the peace within your heart - your home.

“To embody yoga is to enter the body-mind fully, with clarity of awareness, self-acceptance, compassion and awe... to perceive directly, your very nature — pure radiating awareness to witness and know intimately that every cell is awake, alive, and self-aware.”
~ Patty Townsend
