Wendy Dulin

I opened Home Yoga in Milford in 2018 after ten years of welcoming students to my first home studio, Yoga On the Porch. The 2020 pandemic changed how (and where) many people practice, and I’ve continued to evolve with it. Today, I offer hybrid classes — guiding students in the studio and those practicing live on Zoom from the comfort of their own homes.

I completed my 200-hour Embodyoga® Teacher Training in 2007 under the direction of Patty Townsend in Amherst, MA, my Chair Yoga certification with Lakshmi Voelker, and my Kripalu 300-hour Teacher Training in 2019. I’m also a member of the Kripalu Yoga and Ayurveda Association. Over the years, I’ve been inspired by many gifted teachers, including all my Kripalu mentors and by the students I share the mat with every day.

My teaching journey began in New Haven, where I taught middle school Language Arts. From there, I moved into the pool teaching water exercise, and finally, I landed on the yoga mat — where I truly found my home.

Now well into my sixth decade, I’m ready for the infinite possibilities that lie ahead — always changing and evolving. What began for me as a purely physical practice has deepened into a source of spiritual connection and a reminder of how we are all linked, on and off the mat.

At Home Yoga, my mission is to share mindful, breath-centered yoga for people who want to move well, feel well, and stay connected to themselves — no matter what season of life they’re in. A teacher at heart, I’ve found my true calling in helping others discover the benefits and deep peace of a yoga practice — on the mat or on the chair — and the sense of home it brings within.

I look forward with great joy to meeting you on the mat — wherever we are, every time.

Kim Blakeborough

Kim teaches with a gentle, heart-centered approach that blends mindfulness, yoga, and the practice of deep rest. She sees mindfulness not just as a technique, but as a way of meeting life with presence, kindness, and curiosity.
Her journey began in 2018, when stepping into this studio opened the door to healing, self-discovery, and compassion. Along the way, she found a deep passion for Yoga Nidra, completing training with John Vosler and Kamini Desai, and has guided the practice for the past six years as a pathway to rest, healing, and inner wisdom.
Kim’s studies also include Pranotthan Yoga with Devarshi Steven Hartman, Deep Play for Kids with Missy Brown, and the two-year Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program with Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach.
Whether guiding meditation, leading yoga, or introducing children to mindful movement, Kim invites students to slow down, connect inward, and rediscover their natural capacity for balance and well-being.
