Join us for an engaging and supportive (and FREE) workshop focused on pelvic health and the essential role of the pelvic floor in women’s movement, strength, and everyday well-being.
Our guest physical therapists will open a thoughtful — and fun — conversation about how the pelvic floor functions as the foundation for many exercises and daily activities. Together we’ll explore how these muscles work with the rest of the body, and how pregnancy, menopause, and life changes can affect their ability to function well.
Topics include:
The role and function of the pelvic floor
How it connects to the core and other muscle systems
Impacts of pregnancy, menopause, aging, and lifestyle
Common pelvic health concerns and diagnoses
What evaluation and treatment may look like
Ways exercise and movement support pelvic wellness
This will be a welcoming, interactive evening with learning, discussion, and space for questions.
