Stephanie is a 500hr trained yoga teacher and a 100hr trained meditation teacher and has been teaching since 2017. She has been practicing yoga for over 10 years. She believes in yoga as a way of life and weaves the spiritual and meditative aspects of yoga into her classes. Off the mat she enjoys being outside as much as possible. Her passions are hiking, stand up paddle board, watching her kids sports and activities, going to the beach, reading and knitting.
