Come HOME this weekend!
Join Shannon Saturday morning at 9 am for Barre Fusion - a music driven class done "at the Barre" is great for working on posture, balance and strengthening - particularly the muscles of the ankles, knees and hips. Have fun, get your heart rate up and start your weekend off right!
Need to rest and relax? Join Catherine Saturday afternoon at 4 pm for a Sound Bath Meditation - Sound Baths are an immersive listening experience. A passive form of meditation whereby the participants are able to focus their minds on sound with very little effort. The sounds of crystal and Himalayan bowls, various chimes, gongs, drums and more create frequencies that enable the brain waves to slow while inducing a deep therapeutic relaxed state of consciousness.
Start Sunday morning with Laura at 8:45 am for Vinyasa - a flowing style of hatha yoga which links breath and movement through a creative series of postures that balance strength and flexibility while cultivating mindfulness through a continuous flow. Vinyasa is cleansing, heat building and suitable for the physically active. A chair and/or blocks can be utilized so the practice is accessible to all. A short Savasana included.
End the weekend with Kim Sunday evening at 8 pm with Yoga Nidra on Zoom (FREE) - Practitioners are guided into a deeply restorative state of relaxation and meditation through a series of body scanning, breath awareness and visualization techniques reaching a place between wakefulness and sleep for deep relaxation. There is nothing you have to do. It is practiced lying down in a comfortable position, making it accessible to all, regardless of age or physical ability.
