Ah, August. That delicious stretch of summer where the days feel like they’re made for lingering… before we all get swept into the exciting, colorful whirl of Fall. Here at Home Yoga, we’re coasting through these last summer weeks with a mix of laid-back vibes and a few splashes of fun before we turn up the dial in September.
First, a little housekeeping:
Saturday Barre with Shannon is taking a vacation for August. But fear not! She’ll be back for a special one-night-only class on Monday, August 25th at 5:45 PM. Mark it down, set an alarm, tie a ribbon around your wrist—whatever you do, don’t miss it.
On Wednesday, August 27th, our Tiki Boat Cruise sets sail at 6:45 PM for all who have “clearance to sail” (yep, we’re going with nautical humor). If it’s a hit, we just might do it again in September or early October—stay tuned.
Labor Day Weekend (August 30–31), the studio will be closed. But on Labor Day, September 1st, I’ll be on the mat. Please, for the love of yoga, don’t leave me there alone.
Then… buckle up for September.Starting September 8th, we’re launching into a season full of new classes, monthly Kirtan, a “Paint and Sip” with a Long Time Sun twist, Reiki, Sound Baths, a special presentation on menopause, Grateful Gatherings, and more. It’s going to be like a harvest festival of good vibes and community—just without the hay bales.
So, soak in these last summer rays, enjoy the slower pace, and get ready—because Home Yoga is about to have its most exciting Fall yet.
