Restorative Yoga "Bathing in Sound". Wednesday, Sept. 27th 7-8 pm with Wendy and Catherine. Wendy guides you into a well supported posture, with the aid of props, without strain or pain, and together with "Sound" created by Catherine, you can achieve physical, mental and emotional relaxation. This practice is great to balance to an active yoga schedule, your work life, or to give yourself a break when you feel under the weather.
