As I continue my life journey, my muscles and bones are exhibiting the "signs of the times"...aging. I choose to embrace every moment of it and support my body in ways that continue to move it, shake it, stretch it, strengthen it, and absorb all the love around it. While I have practiced yoga for 31 years now, I feel my body needs further attention in areas of strengthening and the hour private session with Shannon opened my eyes to another realm of self-care. I plan on working with Shannon weekly.
As a way of introducing the Reformer to you, Shannon will offer a free 50 minute session which will include a client intake and assessment during which you and her will:
Review injuries and goals.
Complete a posture analysis
Introduce and complete exercises on the reformer selected to specifically address the issues/postural issues presented by you, the client
Give a recommendation and options to continue sessions
