Service Description

Starting a strength training routine is possible at any age and is currently all the rage. We have developed a 2x a week program using resistance tools to strengthen the muscle groups of the upper and lower body. These fun yet functional classes will challenge you to build muscle while ensuring a focus on proper form. Classes will include use of a chair, resistance bands, hand and ankle weights and more! Class Structure 5 Min Warm up 20 Min Targeted strength training 15 Min Core movements/Balance work/Spine mobilization 5 Min Cool Down
