Service Description
Starting a strength training routine is possible at any age and is cu rrently all the rage. We have developed a 2x a week program using resistance tools to strengthen the muscle groups of the full body. These fun yet functional classes will challenge you to build muscle while ensuring a focus on proper form. Classes will include use of a chair, resistance bands, hand and ankle weights and more!
