Slow & Gentle is a true beginner’s yoga class... when you have a beginner’s mind, the world is full of possibilities, there is no pressure to know it all. Learn the yoga basics and build a great foundation for a great practice! It’s a perfect class if you find it difficult to get down and up off the floor, as a chair can be utilized. This class explores a slow and gentle sequence of seated and standing postures. The synchronization of breath and movement will increase body awareness and your experience of presence...your home.
