Service Description

Starting a strength training routine is possible at any age and is currently all the rage. The class uses resistance tools to strengthen the muscle groups of the full body. These fun yet functional classes will challenge you to build muscle while ensuring a focus on proper form. Classes will include use of a chair, resistance bands, hand and ankle weights and more! Class Structure 5 Min Warm up 20 Min Targeted strength training 15 Min Core movements/Balance work/Spine mobilization 5 Min Cool Down
