Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy for Private Pilates/Sound Bath To ensure the best experience for all clients, we have established the following cancellation policy: 24-Hour Cancellation Requirement: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. Cancellations made within this timeframe will not incur any fees. Late Cancellations/No-Shows: If you cancel within 24 hours of the session or do not show up, the full session fee will be charged. Rescheduling: We understand that schedules change. If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any charges. Emergency Situations: We recognize that emergencies happen. In such cases, please contact us directly, and we will do our best to accommodate you without penalty.
