Service Description
Reformer Pilates is designed for all fitness and ability levels. Using spring loaded resistance on a reformer bed, Shannon will guide you through a variety of exercises designed to increase your strength, mobility, coordination and balance. Come in for a client intake and assessment during which we will: - Review injuries and goals. - Complete a posture analysis - Introduce and complete exercises on the reformer selected to specifically address the issues/postural issues presented by client - Give a recommendation and options to continue sessions.
