Gentle Flow classes begin with a brief centering and a coming into stillness. They flow with breath centered movement allowing the spine to move in six directions. The class moves to asanas (supine, seated and standing postures), standing balances, and conclude in savasana (rest pose), so you leave the class feeling refreshed and restored. Because your needs vary from day to day, you are encouraged to tune in to your body and practice at an intensity that feels right in the present moment, honoring and bringing yourself home. Modifications and props are utilized.
