Service Description

The class will utilize supplied props (overballs, bands, weights, straps, blocks, etc.) Props are a great way to give you extra challenge and add variety to your practice. But the biggest bonus of using props is that they give you guidance and feedback that allows you to explore the practice in a new way and that helps you discover the depths of the exercises!
