Service Description

The class explores a slow & gentle sequence of seated and standing postures. Bringing awareness of breathing and of sensations that arise in the body moment to moment. Learning to be aware of the body and mind in the present moment with lovingkindness and non-judgmental awareness. Introductory mindfulness practices will be introduced in this class. All levels
