The chair is our mat in this class! We begin with a brief centering and a coming into
stillness. We flow with breath centered movement allowing the spine to move in six directions and lubricate the joints with gentle range of movement. Breath techniques and asanas are performed entirely on the chair, so regardless of your age or your fitness level, you derive all the health benefits.
